Bonfire Entertainment is committed to supporting all guests with disabilities so they may participate in the enjoyment of our events. For any inquiries in regards to the services and access options available please contact us at ada@bonfirentertainment.com.

Please note that WinterWonderGrass is an outdoor event. Although there are three heated beer halls and side stages, the main stage is outside. Please plan to encounter all weather conditions including snow and ice. Please dress warm and in layers

General Access: The WinterWonderGrass event has no stairs. There are also no stairs inside the venue. The ADA section is located around the front of the house main stage mix position. See the Tahoe map here.

All guests will be asked to use the front gate. There is the ADA fast lane which provides bypass access to the front gate (see below), but due to security constraints, we cannot have additional entrances.

ADA drop-off: We provide a drop-off location for all guests who may want closer access to the main gate.  This access is for drop-off only. Maps for both festivals coming soon.

ADA stage viewing: This dedicated space is a raised platform with a ramp adjacent to the sound booth. All attendees who would like to utilize this service must receive an ADA wristband at the box office. Please see the map for additional location details. All qualifying participants are allowed one (1) companion to join them in all ADA viewing areas. There are no designated areas for the Pickin’ Perch, Jamboree, and Soapbox stages.

You may bring your own chairs to the stage viewing area, but if it begins to impede the other users in the area, we may ask you to remove them. We prefer smaller chairs with a smaller footprint if possible. We will not provide chairs in the ADA area.

Service Animals: We welcome service animals at most locations throughout our event. A service animal is defined as any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests who use service animals must retain control of their animals at all times and should keep them on a leash or harness while visiting.

Emotional Support Animals: Officially not allowed in the venue, only animals that are allowed are service animals that are performing a specific task for the owner.

  2. Fans who can no longer attend WinterWonderGrass Steamboat can return their tickets to Lyte. Lyte works directly with the official ticketing partner, Tixr, to invalidate those returns and issue new tickets to the waitlist.
  3. Lyte will automatically fulfill fans on the waitlist in the order they signed up. We could find tickets at any time, so be sure to keep your reservation up to date and check your email regularly for updates on your request.

  2. Lyte can only accept returns for tickets that are in demand. That means if your ticket type isn’t sold out or there are no fans on the waitlist, you won’t be able to return. You can sign up to be notified when we do have demand, the market is always changing.
  3. If you are eligible to return, you will be able to select your tickets. Lyte will make you a fair market offer to buy those tickets back. If you accept your offer, you will be paid out for your tickets one (1) business day after the event plays off via PayPal.

Need more help? Use the Lyte Support Form. They have a dedicated fan experience team that can help answer all Lyte questions, feel free to fill out this form and they will get back to you ASAP.

What is the Lyte ticket exchange?

We’ve partnered with Lyte to give our fans a safe place to buy and return official tickets after sell out. Lyte matches sellers and buyers with no hidden fees or fake tickets. They do this by running an official waitlist for fans looking for tickets and accepting returns from fans who can no longer attend. Any ticket returned to Lyte goes directly to another fan on the waitlist. Learn more about Lyte here.

How do I join the waitlist for sold out tickets?

Visit the official ticket exchange

  1. Hit the “Request Tickets” button.
  2. Select the tickets you’re looking for and lock in the price with a credit card.
  3. Once Lyte gets the ticket(s) you requested from another fan, you will be charged exactly what Lyte quoted you. No hidden fees.

View or cancel your request at any time before it is filled. Tickets will be delivered to you by the official ticketing platform.

How does Lyte pricing work?

Lyte prices are based on fair market value and may be higher than original prices if there are significantly more requests than tickets. However, Lyte’s prices are always lower than third-party websites. Lyte technology drives prices back to the original value. By using the official exchange, you are helping us in our fight against scalping.

When will I know if I can get tickets?

Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! We look for your tickets right up until show time so be sure to keep your request up to date.

How do I get my tickets once I buy on Lyte?

When your request is filled, you will get a confirmation email from Lyte with further information on how you will receive your ticket. All tickets will be issued by the official ticketing company for the event.

How do I return a ticket?

Visit the official ticket exchange:

  1. Hit the “Return Tickets” button and log in with the email you used to buy your tickets.
  2. If we have demand for your tickets, you will be able to select the tickets you want to return and Lyte will make you a fair market offer on the spot.
  3. If we don’t have demand for your ticket, you can sign up to be notified when we do.

Lyte’s mission is to ensure the next fan in line gets to go at a fair and marketable price.

When do I get paid for the tickets I return?

You will be paid out via PayPal one (1) business day after the event ends.

What is the difference between Lyte’s exchange and the secondary market sites I’m used to?

Unlike traditional secondary market sites, Lyte is working directly with the event. This ensures a seamless and safe/secure transaction that is designed to protect the integrity of your tickets as a buyer or seller. Tickets that are returned to Lyte are invalidated and a new ticket is issued in its place via the official ticketing system.

I have a question/issue with Lyte that is not answered here.

Lyte’s customer support is standing by for you. Contact them here and they will get right back to you.
